Problem With Certification Card Form

Did you take an American Heart Association course with a LIVE instructor, a virtual instructor using the cameras, or skills only? Every day at 5 pm, the American Heart Association sends out the eCards. If your class is over after 5 pm, the eCards are sent out the next morning by 10 am.
