What is RQI (Resuscitation Quality Improvement)
Instead of spending all day in the classroom, you can now take an online course by the American Heart Association & then come to our classroom for the skills testing with a VAM (voice activated manikin). An instructor will not be present, since the manikin and computer will guide you through the skills. You will receive the official American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, or PALS eCard right after class. BLS, ACLS, and PALS classes are offered every day in the below cities – even on weekends. We also still offer the regular Instructor Led Training Courses.

Cities available:
Peninsula: San Francisco & San Mateo
South Bay: San Jose, Santa Clara
East Bay: Concord, Berkeley, Oakland, Walnut Creek, Pleasanton
Sacramento: Sacramento & Roseville
Central Valley: Stockton & Tracy
North Bay: San Rafael, Santa Rosa, Fairfield
