Classes for Schools, Companies and Workplaces

STS CPR, AED & First-aid

This fun and informative course is a great choice for the general workplace. Students will learn CPR for all age groups, chokesaving, how to use an AED, bleeding control, epi pen use, glove removal, seizures, diabetic emergencies, bites and stings, burns, and how to deal with other life-threatening emergencies.
Course Time: 4 hours

Classes for CA Childcare Providers

Pediatric CPR and First-aid

Students will learn CPR for all ages, chokesaving, how to use an AED, bleeding control, epi pen use, glove removal, seizures, bites and stings, burns, and how to deal with other life-threatening emergencies. After this course, students will receive the American Heart Association Pediatric CPR and First-aid certification card which is 100% valid by EMSA for CA childcare providers.

1. Take the online course (2-3 hours depending on skill level)
2. Skills testing with an American Heart Association instructor (1 hour)

The American Heart Association provides two options for people to receive the BLS provider certification card: Blended eLearning (most popular) or traditional instructor-led course. Whichever course you take, you will receive the exact same certification card. During the BLS course students will learn CPR for all age groups, chokesaving, two person CPR, and how to use an AED.
